Customer Complaints
If you have a complaint about your phone service, the CPUC recommends:
- Write or call your phone company first and if you write, attach a copy of your bill with the disputed item, along with any other important paperwork.
- If you still have a problem after working with your phone company, you may file a complaint with the CPUC's Consumer Affairs Branch hotline at: 1-800-649-7570.
